I was the only participant in my training, but they carried on like the room was full. They took the initiative to take their time to go through the slides and answer questions. They consider the travel distance. They go the extra length to make sure it's not too far to travel. I've gotten a long with my clients. Anytime there is a need or a change, I am informed with enough time to adjust my schedule. The communication is great. We are aware of insurance updates in ample time.

They schedule us and they answer any questions I may have about the client. I can call whenever I am with the client and they will advise me. The office staff are able to find my clients for me. I received vitals and medication training. They taught us the steps we need to take in order to take care of the client, which was beneficial. They help us be aware of the client's conditions. The trainer had a good personality and patience. The people are true to their word. I already knew most of what was covered but for someone who might be new, it was good.

It's very hands-on, which was very helpful. It's very laid back and at ease. You can be open and ask questions. They are matchmakers. The client I work with and I have a lot in common. We like to sew, cook, and do the same things. It's helpful for discussion and keeping them mentally active. I have gotten personal phone calls from the owner giving me kudos because she received a call from one of my clients with good things to say about me, and she passed it along.

The people are true to their word. The training was things I already knew, but for someone that was new, it was good. They give us the details so we know about the client before taking on the work. If we get kudos, they offer us money and different things. They are really good about that.

If it's a client I feel is not a match and I tell them, they don't complain and they give me another client. They call us occasionally and if you are not having a client for a week or so, they will keep track of how you are doing.
