In training, we learned techniques about how to deal with Alzheimer's. It was very helpful.
They appreciate me when I do a good job and work well with my clients. They show that appreciation by word of mouth. I like the training because it's available at good times, and we receive training all the time. Their staff is good and flexible.
The training was very clear and there were no places I had any questions.
If it's a client I feel is not a match and I tell them, they don't complain and they give me another client. They call us occasionally and if you are not having a client for a week or so, they will keep track of how you are doing. I like that they listen to what you ask them to do and they care and go into detail about a client before you visit them.
They consider my availability and some of my fields of interest, like dementia or hospice. I feel like they really value my work and are willing to support me when I need help. I had to call out a few weeks ago because I got the flu, and I didn't get any flack from the office about doing that which was refreshing for me.
Everything that they taught me was necessary and it wasn't too long. Gina teaches it and it was very easy to learn and applicable to the work I do.
They are super friendly and easy to get along with.
I like my schedule and the clients I currently work with. I would recommend them to anyone. With the clients I'm working with now, it has been very pleasurable and awesome. I've gotten a kudos thing in April. It makes me feel good that my name is in an email and they acknowledge the work I do.
