As General Manager, Dave is tasked with managing and leading the day-to-day operations of Aware Senior Care. After spending much of his career as a marketing leader in technical training and education, the transition into home care was an easy decision because it allows him to follow his passion of helping the elderly and their families in times of need while leveraging his vast experience in implementing successful business strategies and leading teams.
Known for his high integrity and compassion for others, Dave leads with a “whole team” approach that fosters a family like, productive environment. He understands people do their best work when they know you care and have their best interests at heart.
That passion and respect for the senior home care field was magnified recently when Dave went through the process of caring for his father-in-law. That experience solidified where he wanted to focus his attention and talents in order to make a difference. As GM of Aware Senior Care, he can do that, and is very excited to be a part of the home care industry and the great team at Aware.
When not working, Dave loves spending as much time as possible with his wife, their 4 children and many pets enjoying the outdoors and each other.
