Eat Well at Home and Stay Longer

By eating well, we ultimately will have a healthier and independent lifestyle which directly impacts our ability to stay in our home. Eat well, stay longer.
Come join Aware Senior Care and our featured circle of support partner, expert nutritionist and Chef, Zac Merritt of Chefs for Seniors as we discuss how establishing good eating habits can significantly and positively impact your ability to live longer at home and thrive.
In this seminar we will address eating well form a home care perspective and address frequent challenges seniors face such as “I’m living alone and I have no desire to makes meals for one every week” or “because of my mobility and age, I can’t get to the grocery store anymore.”
What can you do about it? Seek help. A big part of home care is assisting with meal preparation and making meals. As an alternative, people can engage companies like Chefs for Seniors who will come to the home, learn about your desired diet and meal preference, shop and come back to the home to prepare and store weekly means.
